Where do you deliver your products?
We currently only ship products to the United States.

How will I receive multiple items?
Multiple items are usually sent in one package. If necessary, however, your items may be shipped in multiple packages to comply with the courier's policy.

How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?
Usually within 48 hours of processing your order.

How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Usually 5-8 business days, however, some larger items can take longer.

How do I place an order?
Choosing your style is as simple as clicking the “Add to Cart!” button, then following the simple steps to complete your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been prepared.

How much does the delivery cost?
Standard Shipping Cost $12.95 for all orders.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email.

Is it safe to use my banking and card details on your Website?
Yes, shopping on our Website is completely safe. We use leading payment gateway providers that are Verisign Secured and PCI Compliant. At no point during the payment process do we handle your banking and card details, or store your banking and card details after the order is placed.

How secure is my personal information?
When you shop at Arthia Designs' online store, your personal information is protected according to the highest industry standards.

May I make changes to my Order / Shipping Address?
Once an order is placed, we provide a 12-hour grace period for amendments or cancellations. After this period, we are unable to make any changes. If you wish to make an amendment or cancellation to your order, please email us at hello@arthiadesigns.com.

Can I exchange or returns an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

– The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The item should have in its original packaging with all the tags etc.
– The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
